On August 13, 2020, BrainMark officially started the annual business planning consulting project – AOP according to the BrainBOS growth model for ADI Agricultural Trade & Development Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, BrainMark will deploy BrainAOP tool which has just been upgraded since February 2020 and is the A4 digital tool (Code: A4.02.2020) among 10 BrainBOS tools.
Immediately after the kick-off meeting of the project, from August 13-15, 2020, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tan – Chairman of BrainGroup directly trained ADI’s Board of Directors and management team on the BrainAOP planning process. with basic steps: analyzing the performance of the previous year to identify the shortcomings and lessons learned; SWOT analysis; completing company-level strategic orientation, building company goals according to BSC; building departments’ priorities; target allocation; developing OGSM strategy; develop a budget plan and action plan. At the same time, instruct departments on how and what to present AOP to the company management.
Next, under the guidance and companionship of the BrainMark Advisory Board, ADI’s managers all sat down to practice building goals and action strategies for the company as well as functional departments, complete the business plan to get ready to enter the new financial year of the company and conquer the business goals of 2021 and the following years.
This is the second consulting contract made by BrainMark for ADI, expected to be completed in October 2020.
ADI was officially established in 2008, specializing in the production and trading of plant varieties, plant protection products and fertilizers. In addition to its head office in Hanoi, ADI currently has 2 factories, 3 branches in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Son La and the company will open a fourth branch in Thanh Hoa in the near future.
