Consulting contract for The Alley Co., Ltd. was officially launched by BrainMark, a member of BrainGroup on March 6, 2020. According to Chief Strategy Officer Nguyen Thanh Tan, BrainMark will advise The Alley on business strategy (AOP).
The Alley is a famous milk tea brand founded in October 2017. In just 2 years, The Alley has grown rapidly with 51 stores nationwide. The Alley is ahead of the trend of milk tea in Vietnam, bringing fresh black sugar pearl milk into the Vietnam market, besides there is also a best seller product besides fresh milk with black sugar pearl milk custard Herbal milk tea with walnut cream. The quality of special milk tea, novelty pearls, the most original aroma of Dalat Milk fresh milk line, the sweet taste is the most impressive thing of the brand that attracts many customers to visit every day.
BrainMark directly sat down with Ms. Duong Tu Kieu – CEO of The Alley to set a business target strategy for 2020-2022 based on The Alley’s existing capabilities and resources. After BrainMark implements AOP, The Alley will have a complete system for long-term use and a specific action plan to support the optimal operating efficiency.
It is expected that by the end of April 2020, all work will be completed and The Alley management can control the performance of each department to the whole Company.
