BRAINGROUP COOPERATED TRAINING FOR SAIGON CO.OP

On 2 days (November 15 and 27, 2019), BrainMark – a member of BrainGroup Group trained Market Research for Saigon Co.op. Participants are 30 management personnel in the entire system of Saigon Co.op

With a method of combining theory and practice, the training program focuses on the topic of market research. Through case studies, teamwork, students understand quantitative and qualitative methods in the process of researching target customers. The course helps students gain more knowledge and experience to bring the highest business efficiency to Saigon Co.op supermarkets nationwide.

Saigon Co.op is a cooperative economic organization based on the principle of collective ownership, self-control and self-responsible production and business activities, established in 1989.

Recognizing the importance of proper retailing, Saigon Co.op’s leaders spent time studying and learning experiences of KF supermarket system (Sweden), NTUC Fair Price (Singapore), Co.op (Japan) to create a supermarket system characterized by the cooperative mode in THCM and Vietnam.

Up to now, Saigon Co.op has 100 supermarkets across the country, more than 600 points of sale with more than 1 million customers visiting and shopping every day.
