BRAINGROUP COOPERATIVE TRAINING SALES SKILLS FOR LAM SON GROUP

On July 21, 2020, BrainMark, a member of BrainGroup, has completed a training program on sales skills for Lam Son Group’s sales & marketing team (Lasuco Group).

This is a training program within the framework of a business development consultancy project based on BrainBOS growth model of BrainGroup to equip skills and firefighting for sales staff of Lasuco Group. The training program covers the following topics: sales skills for FMCG, brand development and trade marketing for FMCG. In addition, the training also helps students understand the skills of effective sales and know how to build a professional sales process, the process of entering the MT channel for the fast-moving consumer goods industry.

By the practical application method, the training program is held in Thanh Hoa, the headquarters of Lasuco Group. Sharing after the course, most students highly appreciated the content and training method of BrainMark lecturers. Case studies are very practical and greatly help the sales team in handling real sales situations.
