BRAINGROUP LAUNCHES 3P SALARY CONSULTANT PROJECT FOR TST

On December 20, 2019, BrainMark, a member of BrainGroup officially launched a consulting project to build a 3P salary system for TST Tourism and Trading Service Joint Stock Company.

After analyzing the organizational structure of the company, analyzing the functions and duties of the departments, analyzing the current list of titles of TST and reviewing the job description for each title, Master Nguyen Thanh Tan – Chief Strategy Officer of BrainMark directly instructed the Board of Directors and the Head of TST to develop a title standard system including the following steps: analyzing the Company’s value chain, analyzing the coefficient of each rank. group of job positions, set up a job title rating scale, design a form to evaluate each job title.

Next, the consultants of BrainMark will design the framework system, salary scale, outline salary regulations, rank salary, interview personnel for salary arrangement, make a spreadsheet to illustrate the salary fund. , finalizing the salary fund, setting up a plan to switch to a new salary system.

The 3P salary system was developed by TST to recognize the contribution of each employee to the Company. After the consulting project is completed (expected in early February 2020), TST will own the most modern and fair pay system currently based on job position, personal capacity and public efficiency job.
