On November 13, 2019, the consulting contract for Binh Duong Business and Development Joint Stock Company (TDC) was officially kicked off by BrainMark, a member of BrainGroup. Accordingly, BrainMark will advise TDC on 5 issues: building organizational structure & job description, building a management system, building a capacity assessment system, building a BSC-KPI system and building a 3P salary system.
At the kick-off meeting, BrainMark conducted BSC-KPIs training for the board of directors and heads of TDC’s departments. Speaking at the project implementation meeting, Mr. Doan Van Thuan – General Director of TDC emphasized that restructuring is an important task of the Company in the current period. He relies on BrainMark’s consulting experience and expects the project to be completed by the end of March 2020 to be applied by 1/4/2020 – the 18th anniversary of TDC’s establishment.
