On 07/20/2020, BrainMark, a member of BrainGroup has officially launched the project of overall restructuring consultancy for Viet An Environment Technical Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, BrainMark will accompany Viet An to deploy the following consulting services: Building organizational structure and job description, Building BSC-KPIs, Capacity Assessment System, Salary System 3P, Management System, Corporate Culture and Annual Business Planning (AOP).
During the kick-off meeting of the consulting project, the leaders of both sides agreed on the implementation schedule, agreed on a coordination method, determined the focal point to receive information, a list of Viet An documents to be prepared for BrainMark find out the status quo.
After studying the documents (current organizational structure, list of titles, visions, missions, core values …), the consultants of BrainMark will standardize the organizational structure, list of organizations. Viet An’s reputation and started to build functions and tasks of departments and job descriptions for each position.
Next, the remaining work will be conducted simultaneously. Master Nguyen Thanh Tan – Strategy Director of BrainMark said that the total expected time for the whole project is 6 months.
Viet An was established in 2010, specializing in environmental monitoring and providing solutions for waste water and emissions treatment
Chairman of Management Board and General Director Nguyen Hoai Thi expected that after this overall restructuring, Viet An will step into a new height and soon be in the Top 1,000 billion enterprises of Vietnam.
