BrainMark Vietnam attended the cultural and traditional event held by the cooperation between BrainMark and Tratigroup.
It is a part of the series of consulting programs of building corporate culture (Brain COC) that is implementing for Tratigroup
Corporate culture is often linked to “the soul of the corporation,” the beauty, and the “gene” of the business. In addition, it is also as permanent as the person’s spiritual life and personality and can be an essential factor that determines the success or failure of the culture in the long run. Thus, the BrainCOC tool will play an important role in building corporate culture, communicating ideology in a methodical way from the board of directors to each employee.

David Tan Nguyen – Chief Strategy Officer of BrainMark Vietnam, Mr. Hoang Van Quang – Chairman of the Board of Tratigroup and Mr. Tran Viet Hung – Deputy General Director of Tratigroup Trading and Services Division is one of the most outstanding parts.
